Hi Backers,
Quick update to address some questions as we've had quite a few come our way.
- We've had over 250 backers Not complete their survey
- Survey's are open till 30th March, please fill out the survey or risk a late delivery
- If you do not receive your survey email, please email the Backerkit team on: [email protected]
- For those who can't find the survey email, you can access your survey CLICK HERE
The Backerkit team will answer any questions during Monday to Friday EST timezone 9am - 5.30pm. Please be patient if they do not get back to you til your Tuesday as it may only be their Monday in the USA due to timezone differences.
- We've spent the last week at the factory in China & currently we are done with the tooling We'll provide a full production and shipping schedule in coming week so you will know what is happening every step towards receiving your MACNETO

The Backerkit survey's have finally been emailed out, please check your inbox for an email from Backerkit.
If you can't find that email, please go to the survey recovery page and enter in your email to have it sent to you by CLICKING HERE
You will have 3 weeks to complete your surveys before we lock them. We will send out a regular reminders as we get closer to the lock down date. (15th March 2017)
Addresses will not be locked down until April 2017, If you're looking to move you can fill out the new address closer to the address lock down date.
If you are a backer from China or Taiwan (NOT including Macau or Hong Kong backers) please provide your address in Chinese characters.

Hi Guys,
Apology for the delay of the survey, after Backerkit team fix the custom configuration & setup for us we guessing all ready to go to send out the survey.
As we running cross-promotion with iKeybo & Sento Towel during our campaign, we need to send out the survey for iKeybo & Sento Towel backers to have desire magnetic tip option. We want to include this for the backers on this survey. in order to have a proper setup survey, Backerkit Team recommended to sync our backer's list with iKeybo & Sento Towel backers have an accuracy to avoid any error on shipping of each backers items.
Once BackerKit Team get all list sync with iKeybo & Sento Towel backers and we will send out survey as soon as possible.
We are heading to manufacturing factory in Shenzen, China this coming week to make sure all file we send is accurate & further discussion to speed up the process of manufacturing so productions go smooth.

We finally made it!! After 35 days of campaigning, we have finally crossed the finish line. Thanks to all our backers, the MACNETO campaign has raised over S$ 151,979 of its goal across 1,793 backers. On behalf of the team here at EWO, We wanted to reach out and personally thank every single backer for helping us bring MACNETO to life. We also wanted to take this time to answer some of the concerns and questions we have received from different backers.
The Stretch Goal is still valid on Indiegogo & do Kickstarter Backers benefit from it too? Yes, backers on Kickstarter is our pioneer backers and we won’t ever forget that and all Kickstarter backers will still benefit from the Stretch Goal achievement as we continue our journey on Indiegogo. Cut off date for Stretch Goal reward is 14th Feb 2017 for us continue production of version 3.0 or 3.1 Gen2 to avoid delay in production.
Can I still order additional cables and tips? YES! We are now preparing the email survey which will be hosted on www.backerkit.com as they require our campaign to end so we can make payment to use their service as they need a 1-2 working day to review & make sure all our setting is in place. (BackerKit is charging creator 2% of total fund raised) We hope to have survey email sent to you within 7 working day and will notify you via another update when the survey has been sent out to you.
You can also add additional cables or tips on BackerKit but we will be revising our prices from crowdfunding prices to retail prices shortly. You may also change your shipping address and will have to 14th February 2017 to do so via the same survey.
